Soy Milk Boba Tea

A smooth and creamy soy milk beverage layered with silky tofu pudding, topped with rich soy flossy foam and finished with fragrant roasted soybean powder. This comforting drink delivers a perfect balance of traditional soy flavour and modern bubble tea texture.

Preparation

Prepare tofu pudding Mix tofu pudding powder with water at a 1:10 ratio. Once set, refrigerate until ready to use.

Prepare Assam milk tea Brew 5g Assam tea leaves with 200ml hot water for 12 minutes. In a shaker, combine 200ml Assam tea, 30g creamer, 30ml fructose and enough ice, then shake well.

Prepare soy flossy foam Combine 100ml water, 400g cheese flossy powder and 80g soybean powder. Whip until smooth and creamy, then refrigerate.

Prepare tapioca skewers Cook frozen tapioca pearls according to the instructions and skewer them for topping.

Assembly Steps

Add tofu pudding Add 80g tofu pudding to the bottom of the serving cup.

Pour in Assam milk tea Fill the cup with the prepared Assam milk tea.

Add soy flossy foam Carefully pour the chilled soy flossy foam over the milk tea to create a rich creamy layer.

Place tapioca skewers Garnish the drink with the prepared tapioca pearl skewer.

Finish with soybean powder Generously dust the top with roasted soybean powder before serving.
