Assam black tea has a malty flavour, rich aroma and smooth colour. It is great to serve hot or iced, and is perfect as a tea base for bubble tea because it blends well with milk, creamer and fructose.

Brew the tea:

• Ratio of tea to water (95-100°C): 1g:40ml.
• Brew for 12 minutes.
• Strain the tea leaves and let the tea cool down slightly to 60°C.
• Pour the tea into a thermal barrel to keep it warm.

Consume within 4 hours after brewing.
