Brewing Method:

• Tea leaves: 100g
• Hot water: 3500ml at 75°C
• Ice: 1500g

1. Add 100g loose tea leaves to a brewing bucket.
2. Pour in 3500ml hot water at 75°C, cover and steep for 7 minutes.
3. Remove the tea leaves and strain the tea liquid.
4. Add 1500g ice and stir until fully dissolved to create a smooth, fragrant tea base.
