Recipe for 500ml Matcha Milk Tea:

• Put 200ml hot water into a shaker.
• Add 30g green tea powder, 10g creamer and 30ml fructose, mix well.
• Fill with crushed ice and shake it.

Recipe for 500ml Matcha Smoothie:

• Put 150ml hot water into a blender.
• Add 40g powder, 20g creamer and 30ml fructose into the blender.
• Add 350g ice into the blender and blend well.
