These small taro balls are designed for bubble tea drinks and desserts where an easy-to-enjoy chewy topping is needed. Their taro flavour pairs well with milk tea, fruit tea, shaved ice, and dessert bowls.

Cooking Guide

1. Ratio: tapioca balls 1: water 6
2. Don’t need to defrost the Frozen Balls before cooking.
3. Once water boils, add the Frozen Balls and keep stirring.
4. When it boils again, cook it for 1-2 minutes.
5. Turn off the power and put the lid on for 2 minutes.
6. Strain and rinse them with tap water, and store at room temperature. It’s now ready to serve.
7. You may soak them in a sugar-water mix based on your own preferences.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C.
